Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING:
Please provide a 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 30% of the appointment booked.
BOOKING FEE:
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure specific appointments. Your booking fee will be applied towards the remaining balance of your service. Not all services require a booking fee.
